 How To Use Our Panorama | Troubleshooting Information To view our special 360° Panorama, you will have to download the free iPIX plug-in. Click here to download the plug-in. How to Use Our Panorama Make the most of your experience with our panoramic camera by familiarizing yourself with this brief key. The first thing you'll notice when you mouse over the panorma is that your cursor becomes a hand icon. To move inside the bubble, HOLD DOWN your left mouse button and point the hand icon in the direction you wish to move. *Hint: The hand icon moves the panorma slowly if held near the center of the image. The closer the hand gets to the edge of the image, the faster the bubble moves. The magnifying glass with the plus symbol appears when the cursor is slightly above the center of the panorama. When you see this icon, HOLD DOWN your mouse button to zoom closer into the picture. The magnifying glass with the minus symbol appears when the cursor is slightly below the center. When you see this icon, HOLD DOWN your mouse button to zoom further out of the panorama. Troubleshooting Information Have you downloaded the iPIX plug-in, yet still cannot view the panorama? There are two things to check here. First, make sure that after the plug-in is downloaded, you quit your browser, run the install program for the iPIX plug-in, and restart your browser. Your browser will load the plug-in at launch. If you have already installed the program but still have your browser open, simply exit and relaunch the browser. Many times, your selected browser needs to have more memory assigned to it to launch the panoramic shot. If all else fails and you come to this point, you may need to consult your browser's help files to increase the amount of memory assigned to your individual browser. Increasing the memory should give your browser more resources to run the new iPIX plug-in.
